Strathmore Energy Research Center is the first training institution to conduct a technical training on solar PV in Juba, South Sudan. The 5-day training took place at the Juba Landmark Hotel between the 17th and 22nd of September 2018 where over 70 participants attended.
In partnership Snow Leopard Projects a first pilot training for Biogas Generation was launched in September 2018. SERC will now develop a course program for small scale biogas digester fully powered by solar thermal and PV energy.
