The Crucible, which is Kenya’s National Student Marketing Competition provides university students with hands-on experience in marketing, from advertising to market research to brand management. Working in teams, students submit an integrated marketing communications plan that solves a real marketing challenge faced by KCB Bank Group.
This competition exists to nurture and mold the next generation of Kenyan marketing leaders by bridging the gap between academia and the industry.
