  SU beat Home Grown. Next to play Bidco at Thika

Strath FC beat former Kenya Premier League Champions Home Grown FC 3-2 at the University grounds on Sunday, 30th March in a Kenya Nationwide League (KNL) match. KNL is the second tier soccer league in the country after premier league.

Strath scored the first goal in the 7th minute through Allan Onyango after a corner kick. Home Grown equalized in the 27th minute via Edwin Onyango and added another one before the first break at the 39th minute through Akepeti to take a 2–1 lead at half-time. Allan Onyango was on spot again scoring the equalizer at the 71st minute after another set piece. SU sealed the victory in the 81st minute through Norman Meso.  

Strath’s next game will be against Bidco at Thika Municipal Stadium on Saturday, 12th April staring at 3.30pm.
