| For the love of French |
Students took the opportunity to express themselves in French and learn more about the French culture and language. Activities included Genie en herb (upcoming geniuses), poems, songs, skits and a documentary all in French. The event was sponsored by East African Breweries Ltd, who provided Alvaro a unique tastily, non-alcoholic drink. Invited guests included Christian Randrianampzafy - Deputy Director of Alliance Français de Nairobi; Monsieur Vincent Ogutu, the MBA Program Director at Strathmore Business School; and Monsieur Allan who was the MC. Institutions represented at the event included University of Nairobi, Alliance Français, Club RFI (Radio France International), and the hosts Les Amis du Français. Les Amis du Français meets on Fridays at 12.40pm in Room 1. |
