Hewlett Packard (HP) entered a partnership with Strathmore University to provide training facilities for the client/partner skills covering implementing HP Proliant servers, designing and implementing HP SAN solutions, and integrating and managing HP Proliant Servers in the enterprise.

The course's main objective is to equip participants with hands on skills to implement, service, and maintain HP products in their organizations. The latest training began at SU on Monday 16th April 2007.  Trainees are ICT support personnel and managers from industry drawn from organizations from Eastern Africa. Over 100 experts have been trained meeting. More training sessions are lined up throughout the year.
