| Strathmore Partners with IESE Business School |
On the 28th of March two professors, Prof Javier Santoma and Prof Lluis Renart, from IESE Business School of the University of Navarra, Spain visited Strathmore University. Their mission was to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Strathmore University and IESE Business School in which Strathmore would offer its Advanced Management Programme through the Strathmore Business School (SBS). The signing ceremony was held on 30th of March 2005 at the Grand Regency Hotel during the launch of SBS. Prof John Odhiambo, Vice Chancellor Strathmore University and Prof Santoma representing IESE exchanged the MOU. It was witnessed by invited guests from the business industry, staff and friends of the university. While in Nairobi, the two professors also met with members of the University Management Board and other members of staff. They shared with them their experiences in providing business education and external relations. This partnership will help Strathmore grow and provide many other relevant courses.
