Mr David Wang’ombe lectures in Accounting and Finance. He has a wide training and experience in this area spanning ten years. He has previously lectured in other universities and professional colleges, where he has gathered experience in teaching, curriculum development and review, peer review and student counselling and mentoring.
Currently he is also the programme director for the degrees programmes offered by the Faculty of Commerce. His main responsibilities include scheduling of courses, assigning lecturers, staff review, student review, curriculum development and review, staff recruitment and supervision of student research projects.
Mr Wang’ombe has enrolled for a doctoral programme in the area of environmental accounting, in Australia, which he intends to pursue through distance learning.
