On the 30th October 2004 the second annual Ethics conference was held. This conference was on the role of legal ethics and jurisprudence in nation building, and achieving a just society. The conference was officially opened by the Vice President H.E. Dr. Moody Awori.

Hon. Amos Wako, Mr. John Githongo and Mr. Smokin Wanjala chaired sessions, and PLO Lumumba presented a paper.
