REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DETAILS


Exhibitors will pay KSH 20,000 per tent.


Each East African delegate (presenter or participant) is required to pay KSH 12,000 (twelve thousand Kenya shillings).

 

Foreign delegates are required to pay USD 250.

Students should present their ID and send a scanned copy upon registration to avail of the student rate: USD 125 for foreigners or KSH 5,000 for EA nationals.

 

Registration fee includes conference materials, snacks and lunch for two days. Additional cost will be paid for the cultural tour on the third day (optional).


When booking, please indicate if you are joining the cultural tour and pay the following amount:


Kenyan citizens – KSH 1,200

Resident – KSH 1,300

Foreign - USD 50

 

Charges include park entry fees, transport and picnic lunch.
