Strathmore University is committed to providing a first-rate education concentrating mainly on Business (Commerce), Accounting, Information Technology and Management. The Advancement Office develops and sustains relationships and secures contributions to support the mission of the university. The university’s success is dependent on your support. The investment of alumni, parents and friends helps to ensure that the value of a Strathmore qualification keepings growing.

The Advancement Office seeks to partner with philanthropic individuals, corporations and foundations in areas such as the development of new academic programmes, capital infrastructure and scholarships/bursaries for students. This will be achieved by nurturing long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with individuals, companies, charitable trusts and foundations.

Among the primary responsibilities and activities of this department, the following are included:

Secure funds for the University
Develop proposals for grant funding
Stewardship and donor relations
Coordinate fundraising efforts of different department
