Teaching Excellence Award (TEA)
The University has established Teaching Excellence Award to encourage contributions to learning and teaching. The award commenced in 2006/2007 academic year. 
TEA recognizes the significant achievements of staff in teaching, supervision and research.  The 2008/2009 winner was Dr. Ruth Kiraka, Institute of Continuous Education.
The next award for 2011/2012 commences with nominations in August 2010.
