Chancellor
The Chancellor of Strathmore University is the Prelate of Opus Dei. The Chancellor may excercise the powers and functions of his office through the Pro-Chancellor who is the Regional Vicar of Opus Dei in Kenya.
University Council (UC)
The University Council is a body established by the Trustees to govern Strathmore University and assist in promoting its foundational and educational aims.
Vice Chancellor
The Vice Chancellor presides over University ceremonies and meetings in the absence of the Chancellor and exercises other functions granted under University statutes.
