Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT)

• Duration: 4 years, Full-Time
• Entrance requirements: KCSE Mean grade C+; Maths C; English C
• Semester dates: Semester 1 - July-October, Semester 2 - end-November - mid-March
• Entry dates: July
  

Diploma in Business Information Technology (Dip.BiT)

• Duration: 4 semesters, Full-Time and Part-Time (Part-time begins in May 2004)
• Entrance requirements: KCSE Mean grade C+; Maths C; English C
• Semester dates: There are 3 semesters in a year: January-April; May-August; September-December
• Entry dates: January and May
  

Entrance Exams

All prospective students to Strathmore University are required to sit an Entrance Exam, which consists of:

• a Mathematics exam
• an English exam
• an Oral interview.

Candidates should report to the University by 8.00 a.m. on the day of the interview and should bring:

• 3 passport-size photographs
• Original and photocopies of relevant academic and professional certificates
• Entrance Examination fee.
  

Interviews are held during the following months:

• BBIT - Thursdays between March and June
• Dip.BiT - Tuesdays between September-December (for January entry); Tuesdays between March-April (for May entry)
