In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 35 of the Strathmore University Charter 2008, the University Council of Strathmore University hereby makes the following Statutes. See the attached document below.

These Statutes shall be cited as the Strathmore University Statutes, 2008. The Statutes will be reviewed every three years.
