  Payment of Fees

Fees Paid In Cash

Fees paid in cash should be deposited into Strathmore University, Collection Account either at:    

  • Commercial Bank of Africa (any branch in Nairobi):
    Account No. 0 170046 005
  • Standard Chartered Bank (any branch):
    Account No. 010 204 484 4000
  • CFC Bank (any branch in Nairobi or Mombasa)
    Account No. 6 2000 6 726

Credit Cards
We also accept payments by Credit cards - local and international

No cash fees will be accepted at the University.

Deposit slips should be completed in duplicate: the top copy is kept by the bank; the second copy should be given to the University Cashier who will issue a receipt for it.

Fees Paid By Cheque

Nairobi Cheques can be receipted directly by the University Cashier, but ONLY if the cheque is a banker's cheque.

  • Payments by personal cheques are not allowed.
  • No cash fees, no Money Orders, no Postal Order and no upcountry cheques will be accepted in the University.
  • Upcountry cash payments should be deposited in the above Standard Chartered Bank account or at CFC Bank.
  • Upcountry banker's cheques will be receipted by the University cashier on further payment of Kshs.200, being bank charges levied by our bankers.
  • Bank deposit slips should be completed in duplicate: the top copy is kept by the bank; the second copy should be given to the University cashier, who will issue a receipt for it.
