The Institute of Humanities Education and Development Studies (IHEDS) in conjunction with the Research Office organized a three day seminar on Action Research from on Wednesday, 1st to Friday, 3rd July. It was facilitated by Dr Margaret Farren from Dublin City University and Dr Jack Whitehead from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom.

Mrs Beatrice Dimba, a lecturer and a Ph.D candidate in the Faculty Commerce presented a paper at a conference at Makerere Business School in Uganda. The conference was organized by the International Academy of African Business and Development (IAABD) and was held from 19th to 23rd May.
